本次研究采用"从摇篮到大门"的系统边界，涵盖上游原材料获取与运输、工艺用能与公用工程消耗、生产制造过程排放、废弃物处理及包装材料等。数据来源以公司运营实测数据为基础，结合行业公认的生命周期（883436）清单数据库，确保核算结果的可追溯性与可重复性。第三方核查机构依据ISO14064-3及ISO14065相关要求，对研究的目标与范围界定、数据质量、方法学选择及结果报告进行了独立、系统的核查，并出具核查声明，保证等级为合理保证。

Porton Achieves Third-Party Verification for Its First（FFBC） Commercial Product LCA and PCF Study Porton Pharma Solutions Ltd.("Porton")announced that its First（FFBC） commercial product Life Cycle Assessment(LCA)and Product Carbon Footprint(PCF)study has successfully completed independent third-party verification by SGS.Conducted in accordance with ISO14040:2006and ISO14044:2006(Life Cycle Assessment)and ISO14067:2018(Product Carbon Footprint)standards,the study employs a cradle-to-gate system boundary,marking the formal extension of Porton's ESG management from the organizational level to the product level.
The LCA study was conducted in accordance with ISO14040:2006and ISO14044:2006,following the four-phase framework—goal and scope definition,Life Cycle Inventory(LCI)analysis,Life Cycle Impact Assessment(LCIA),and interpretation.The PCF calculation further adheres to the specific requirements of ISO14067:2018for greenhouse gas quantification and reporting,focusing on the single impact category of climate change,with a functional unit of one kilogram of product.
The study employs a cradle-to-gate system boundary,covering upstream raw material acquisition and transportation,process Energy（ELPC） and utility consumption,manufacturing process emissions and waste treatment,and packaging materials.Data is primarily sourced from the Company's operational measurements,supplemented by industry-recognized life cycle inventory databases,ensuring the traceability and reproducibility of the results.The independent third-party verifier conducted a systematic verification of the study's goal and scope definition,data quality,methodological choices,and result reporting in accordance with ISO14064-3and ISO14065,and has issued a verification statement with a reasonable assurance level.
