2024年11月6日，惠生工程（中国）有限公司与施耐德电气（中国）有限公司在上海进博会施耐德电气展位签署战略合作协议，双方将进一步深化在绿氢一体化创新、EPC数字化转型、供应链减碳、EPC工程国际化、海上浮式工程电气解决方案等新能源及能源化工领域的深度合作，共同推动智能化解决方案的联合开发与应用，助力双方在能源转型战略上的全面升级。惠生工程高级副总裁马坚、副总裁吕建宁、施耐德电气高级副总裁张炜、副总裁夏学英等出席了签约仪式。

　　On November 6, 2024, Wison Engineering Ltd. and Schneider Electric (China) Co., Ltd. signed a strategic cooperation agreement at Schneider Electric's booth during the Shanghai China International Import Expo. This partnership aims to enhance collaboration in the new energy and energy chemical sectors, focusing on areas such as green hydrogen integrated innovation, digital transformation in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction), supply chain carbon reduction, internationalization of EPC projects, and electrical solutions for offshore floating projects. Together, they will promote the development and application of intelligent solutions and facilitate a comprehensive upgrade of both parties’ energy transition strategies. Attending the signing ceremony were Ma Jian, Senior Vice President of Wison Engineering; Lv Jianning, Vice President; Zhang Wei, Senior Vice President of Schneider Electric; and Xia Xueying, Vice President, among others.
