华泰金融(HK)：给予泉峰控股(02285.HK)“买入”评级目标价30.88港元

　　华泰金融(HK)9月23日发布公告。On 19 September (Beijing time), the Federal Reserve’s September FOMC meeting passed a decision to cut interest rates by 50bp, lowering the benchmark rate to 4.75-5%. Currently, backed by channel restocking, export demand for power tools and outdoor power equipment (OPE) remains buoyant. Adding that rate cuts overseas could support a recovery in the US property sector and boost end-market demand, we are bullish on a sentiment rally across the export chain, and believe that Chervon Holdings (Chervon), a Li-ion battery OPE leader, should see sound operating momentum. We maintain our earnings forecasts and project its 2024/2025/2026 attributable net profit at USD110/141/175mn, with EPS of USD0.22/0.28/0.34. We value the stock at 18x 2024E PE, below its peers’average of 20x on Wind consensus as its overseas capacity is still undergoing construction. We maintain our target price at HKD30.88 (USD1=HKD7.7988). Maintain BUY.
